悼念在烏克蘭殉職的香港軍人 兩名香港軍人——23 歲的「Pin」及 30 歲的「水」，於今年11 月下旬抵達烏克蘭，在加入部隊並完成約一個月的訓練後，他們以機械步兵身分投入前線。但在12 月 26 日執行首次作戰任務期間，二人在烏克蘭南部被俄軍攻擊，不幸殉難。 根據報導，他們是土生土長的香港人，雖然與烏克蘭無直接關係，但他們源於對和平、公義的追求，選擇與烏克蘭並肩而立，為和平而戰，以堅定的信念、無畏的勇氣與良知走上戰場。 我們向他們的犧牲致以最崇高的敬意。 「溫哥華手足」謹定於 1 月 3 日舉辦追悼會，以紀念他們的勇氣和信念。 In memory of Hong Kong Volunteer Soldiers in Ukraine Date: Jan 3, 2025(Sat) Time: 4:00-4:30pm Location: Burnaby Metrotown Skytrain station In Memory of Hong Kong Volunteer Soldiers in Ukraine Two Hong Kong volunteer soldiers, 23-year-old “Pin” and 30-year-old “Water,” arrived in Ukraine in late November. After joining a unit and completing approximately one month of training, they served as mechanized infantry. On December 26, during their first combat mission in Zaporizhzhia Oblast in southern Ukraine, they were killed in an attack by Russian forces. They chose to stand with Ukraine not out of obligation, but out of a deep belief in peace, justice, and the courage to defend freedom. We pay our highest respect to their sacrifice. A memorial gathering will be held on January 3 to honor their lives, their courage, and their commitment to peace.
