NLM terminates the Literature Selection Technical Review Committee (LSTRC).

LSTRC was a rather mystical committee that chose which journals did/didn't get into Medline (main route to PubMed). Publishers lived in fear of it as inclusion can make or break a journal www.nlm.nih.gov/medline/medl... 1/3
