As someone who has found himself out of my own depth at times in life I have the utmost sympathy for Nancy. He should have never been offered the job in the first place.

I do not, and I never want to be the type to crucify someone when they have just walked in the door... Yet, my gut is telling me that this isn't going to work. His style doesn't work, or he isn't going to be able to make it work with this team.

I can believe that Nancy is a good coach. I can even believe that with enough time and a transfer window and a pre-season he might be able to get this team playing his style.
With that being said.. This might be the most inept, misguided and abject display I've seen from Celtic.
Deeply troubling.

Inamura has looked good, as he did during preseason... Not saying he's a starter, but not sure the what the logic of sending him out on loan is... Definitely has a part to play.

I thought we did well beating Newcastle's press in the first half. We also had some good, sharp link up play in the final third.
