Exactly: A court has ruled that THE EXISTING TARIFFS break the law.

The Canadian tariffs and the Brazilian threatened tariffs, especially, break the law in new more egregious ways.

And, again, right wingers agree with the left on this.
The news here, which needs to be in the heds, deks, & ledes, is that this violates our WTO obligations & other trade treaties, & that the constantly changing tariffs directly undermine the justifications under domestic trade laws for tariffs. The rest is noise & detail & needs to come <after> that 👆
