Amara, my thirteen year old niece is going for her Driver's license. She also is applying for life guard for Camp Manitou.
For her driver's test, I told her to cross her Tees and dot her Is.
She didn't know what I mean by that. She needed her dad to translate.

What a couple of days! Ticketmaster has a data breach. The apartment had a power failure and a Red Bull can exploded in my face. Luckily there was Emma was there for the clean up. Emma was the nice clerk from Shopper's Drug Mart. I was in my full security uniform.

For Dune 2, I'm not obvious to the human elements. Chani and Usul are the heart of the film. There was a moment when Paul is quoting from a book on how to sand walk where she knows better. These days, youtube videos are better than books? 😀 I go see the film a second time.

Watched Dune 2 second part today. There are a lot more phaser beams. The anti gravity is a nice touch. The film first shows only one person can ride a worm at a time. Then they show multiple people with the reverend mother on a 'hard crossing'. I know about chemical blood good for cooling.
