One thing that stood out to me is the importance of looking at the source of the nutrition claim and how the study was conducted. I'll be more careful to check wether the article is based on a peer-reviewed research and whether the study was done on humans or animals.

I can relate to this because I always try to do many things at one time while instead I should focus on less things to do and do them efficiently.

I'm Pre-med class of 2028. I am taking this course to fulfill my minor in Nutrition. A question I have is what is the difference between macronutrients and micronutrients, and which is more important? Healthy eating = balance. My favorite food is tacos. @beh353 #beh353
