Lukashenko again asked Putin for money to cover the "hole" in Belarus's budget. The 2025 planned deficit of 4.5 bil Belarusian rubles (1.6% of GDP), or 109 bil Russian rubles, so the republic needs funds, said the head of the local Ministry of Finance, Yuri Seliverstov.
