I swear I'm alive! The injuries from my car accident are kicking my butt and I still really don't have an end in sight. It's totally brutalized me physically and probably even more so mentally. BUT we'll be live tonight and I will be there. I am holding myself to that.

I'm now on week 5 of trying to get a referral from my PCP so I can see the Orthopedic surgeon. Here we are another Friday and everyone went home so nothing being done until Monday the earliest. So excited for another weekend of pain and suffering /s

I've been at my job for 4 mo. For 4 mo my graphic designer has had closed door arguments with me, failed 2/2 trainings 4x, made dozens of mistakes on the same exact things every week, the list goes on. When is enough enough? Career 1st...never had to consider firing someone.
