Storytelling week such a highlight…. We’ve had a book led scavenger hunt, listened to stories, an author visit, started to create our own characters, and, today the school was buzzing with excitement from our Poetry Performer visitor who delivered an amazing assembly and inspiring workshops!

Training Day ☑️ Delivered 2 training sessions around reading to schools at very different places in the journey to improve reading in their settings and both so enjoyable! The brain fog lifted and it was great to be back to it!

Glimmers of 1st week back….learning their favourite Pokémon, whether they’d rather have a bath in beans or noodles&sitting on the floor creating art together. Ultimately, building connections, getting those relationships started and enjoying getting to know those lovely little beans in my class!
