I hate it, but whenever there is a story about children dying when alone with their father, my first thought is murder-suicide.

Anyone here stopped taking Venlafaxine/Effexor after 18 months +? What were the “withdrawal “ symptoms and how did you manage them? How long did they last? I want to stop taking it asap. Thanks ♥️

We had a blackbird nest fall out of a tree about 18 days ago. Two fledglings survived & mum & dad have continued to care for them, while they fully fledge and grow tail feathers.
Here’s Mr Blackbird with a mouthful of bird cake, just about to feed baby. They are pretty much the same size now. 🦉🇳🇿

I got a new cast on last week. It’s scratchy but so much lighter than the old plaster one. I go back on Tuesday to get the wound checked again.
Last night I went to sleep late but easily. I woke up nine hours later with no cast. It was tucked under my pillow. Spooky sleepwalking shit again 😳🤯🇳🇿

One more day till I get a new cast. This one weighs a ton & aches 24/7. Can’t wait to get both hands in order again. This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever done to myself. I’m just cruising off to sleep on the final dose of liquid Oxycodone. A pleasantly nostalgic experience. God’s own medicine. ❣️

1/2 I haven’t seen Nigel Latta in years but at one time we did work together with children who were sexually abusing others. He was passionate, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and clearsighted.
