im working on like getting out more and going to events to find friends instead of doing The Apps but thats also making it so that im out of practice on irl interaction & i end up fumbling so hard. went to a trans firepit the other night & someone cool started talking to me but i absolutely flubbed

there's also smth to be said abt communication in real time vs snail mail style and feeling like i gotta be accessible at all times in order to maintain friendships that dont have an irl component. makes me wanna throw my phone away but also feels a lil contradictory to be so choosey like that idk

like dont get me wrong, v thankful for my online friends and its not that those relationships ARENT good. its just that im at a point where im not very well rounded socially and theres different vibes and skills between irl/online and irl def comes easier to me

guh i want more irl friends but im so burnt out on what appears to be the foundational beginning stage of new friendships where u like, text a bunch and get to know each other. between wfh and moving last year i feel like 99% of my interactions are online and its like not fully socially satisfying

if it's a tension headache or if its the throbbing type of pain, my go to move is ice pack on the back of the neck and feet in a warm bath. it makes the excess of blood leave ur head or something. it was recommended to me by a PT when i used to get em super often. hope u feel better soon 🫂

his stuffing is now packed loosely in a pillow case that i tied at the end so it can go thru the dryer a few more times

ham threw up on one of my Guys so i put him in rhe washing machine but i didnt know he was that dense so he sucked up all the water and some is still inside even tho he doesnt feel damp so now im doing surgery 😭 pls pray for his health. these are fully discontinued forever i cant buy a new one
