I'm so sick of Democrats being pussies. Merrick Garland should be using every tool at his disposal to keep Trump from taking the oath of office. Trump is an insurrectionist, and is barred from taking office. SCOTUS only said in it's ruling, that he could not be kept from the ballot, that's all.

Now that Matt Gaetz has withdrawn his nomination, it's time for the focus to be on the next real threat to our democracy.
That is, Tulsi Gabbard. There is no way that she should have access to our most closely guarded secrets. If she gets the position, We're screwed. Just sayin'.

I've always believed that the Senate would work much better if votes on nominations, and for Impeachments should be by secret ballot. Then, Senators can vote their conscience, instead of playing politics.
