Most Asian families don't support creative careers and it effects us in the long run. We don't believe in ourselves and we don't celebrate our wins because we were discouraged all along and made to feel that our achievements aren't worth anything.

I dno how else to explain it but...travel. If you have the means, travel. Especially with the right company, it takes you away from scrolling on your phone, you learn about the world, you experience places and people, your mind and heart start to heal.
