Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be celebrating my utau's 9th birthday this year

Concerning #UtaForum. Our database server crashed and needs a manual reset. Unfortunately my admin credentials no longer work and even SSH-ing as ROOT won't let me reset my password because of various authentication errors. I opened a ticket to resolve the issue but we are waiting on our host.
