Seems like "facilitate" means pursue, otherwise second part has no meaning and DOJ can't handle case as if "he not been improperly sent to El Salvador."

People seem to assume the 'Deep State' had no plan for a Trump victory and didn't otherwise use the last four years to fortify itself against the risk of future charismatic leaders w/ autocratic tendencies given the first Trump presidency. I doubt that's the case.

Based on the nominees thus far, the need for recess appointments makes perfect sense. Also, it looks like Fox News will need to host an on-air personnel job fair soon. 🙃
