Erie County, PA: I've been making this type of chart (turnout vs. vote share per precinct) for many counties in PA but am absolutely baffled by this one. Erie is a bellwether county that has predicted the president in every election since 1980. I have not rounded any calculations in this chart.

Not just Gerrymandering or voter roll purges. They physically went in and removed Democrat votes.
