I watched the running man, from this year. Good action movie with strong anti establishment messages. It didn't say anything special, but i'd recommend it if you want something fun.

I also watched the new knives out- wake up dead man. Imo it wasn't as good as glass onion, but it's still a very solid drama/mystery movie, and i imagine it'll get better on a rewatch like the other two. Would recommend.

i watched It: welcome to derry
it started off very mid, but by the last few episodes picked up greatly. To be honest, the period drama was just as good as the supernatural stuff at times- i just wish there was more of it.
I have high hopes for the next seasons, though.

I watched prehistoric planet ice age!
It's good, but imo a step down from the first two seasons for two main reasons:
Few animals are given their proper names- which makes it hard to research
Few segments showed successful hunts/predation events- which made them quite predictable 1/2

I watched JW:Chaos Theory season 4.
it was a pretty good sendoff for the characters. I loved the arc with Ben, but i do wish there were more segments with realistic dinosaur behavior. The prior seasons mostly nailed it, but i guess it's to be expected with this season working around dominion more

I watched Del Toro's frankenstein.
Strong movie. Definitely not a direct adaptation, sometimes for better and sometimes worse. But it adapted some of my favourite parts of the book, and I quite liked many of the changes.
I do, however, think they might have made the monster *too* sympathetic?

My preorder of dinosan volume 7 arrived!
As always, I recommend this series to anyone.
This volume was definitely more character based than dinosaur centric, exploring many interesting themes. My favourite segment was the trom one. He's a blind Deinonychus! I also loved the little volume extras!

I watched the #chainsawman movie.
Couldn't have asked for a better adaptation. Imo it elevates the manga in just about every way, and they definitely added to Reze's character.
Additionally, Aki and Angel are totally framed as a second couple for the movie.
If you can, definitely see it!
