Here’s a picture of me, a European, security freeloading in Afghanistan as part of a US Army special forces task force.

Look! They even gave me a special “freeloader” badge to wear above my medals.

12 close friends and colleagues killed when they were there freeloading too.

Zelenskyy is a ten times a man compared to the other two, put together.

Two moral weakling, tyrant-fellating, cheap showmen for simpletons, barking at one of modern history’s great men. What an age we live in.

Trump could have pushed for an end to the war in Ukraine without becoming actively hostile to Ukraine. Instead, he has imbibed Putin’s lies. Have written about the emergence of a new US/Russia axis, where it comes from and the staggering implications for Europe.

I chose this dog walk route today for a reason. Behind me, the site of our first ever harbour area in training.

I was deployment Platoon Sergeant; Aaron Lewis was the Platoon Commander.

Last weekend was the anniversary of Aaron’s death in Afghanistan. Today’s walk was my way of remembering him.

I was asked to give a speech at a synagogue in London today.

As a Catholic, I was honoured to speak after the Torah reading and the Aleinu. It was a privilege to stand alongside the UK’s Jewish community during these times of pogroms and raging antisemitism.
