Very cool tracks in the snow. Looks like some small creature was ended by a bird of prey. By the scuttling about, it looks like there was a struggle. Love the wing-prints!

49 deg. today! Jaclyn and I worked off our filthy/delicious lunch (Kramaczuk’s) at @moundsparkgarden.com hauling compost. It’s mostly manageable after chipping through the frozen top 8” crust.
