As I'm applying for jobs, I find myself more often leaving the diversity questions blank. I feel that letting recruiters know I'm handicapped or female or a minority is just going to give them even more of a reason not to hire me. Does anyone else feel this way?

Another favorite of mine, I made this bust of Imperious by first making a rough shape in Maya, cleaning it up in Zbrush, and finally texturing it using a combination of Substance and Photoshop. This was a great excuse to practice hard surface modeling.
