Wealth inequality is at the root of democratic decline. Tell your politicians who are playing dumb: “It’s the inequality, stupid!”. Support community, build power, demand more.

It has never been more clear that unaccountable systems of wealth are the PRIMARY destructive element of our politics, economy, and society as a whole. Unchecked abuse of all kinds. The current US admin is just the latest, purest personification of this trend.

The US is creating a humanitarian crisis in Cuba. Trump's & Rubio's blockade is punishing the Cuban people, not the regime.

We must learn from 6 decades of failed Cuba-policy & reverse course.

The culture war destroying our democracies didn’t originate with regressive AM-radio hosts, it was always seeded “intellectually” and monetarily by the billionaire class eager to cash in (& power up) on the chaos of a distressed political landscape.

US history has been constant battles (one after another) of pro v anti-democracy forces. The growing mass concentration of wealth made the anti-democracy resurgence of our time inevitable.

Will this final battle be lost, democracy smothered in the night by the silk pillows of plutocrat pedophiles?

Epstein and extreme wealth inequality are the same problem, the same system. The sole focus on exposing punishing the individual monsters ignores the system that still generates them. This is a very important and clarifying take from Barry.

Big Tech used to be willing to be anti-democratic when it protected their profits, but now they are now feverishly anti-democratic because they see it as essential to their profits.

What if AI isn’t a bubble that can burst, as much as a black hole? It destroys the value invested into it due to the profit vs cost not resolving, but meanwhile sucks away the value of all other formerly profitable services (and thus employment, wages & economic benefit) that it is “replacing”?
