While I don't know what the future has in store, I allowed myself to live in the moment.

This year was incredibly healing.

Pt. 4

I learned how to better care for myself when my body doesn't want to play nice... And sometimes that means asking for help.

I learned how to let go of things I cannot control, even if it is a work in progress.

Pt. 3

I made new friends this year who bring my heart joy 💕

I strengthened friendships I've had for a long time.

I got to be creative in some way, every moment of this year.

I gave myself space to feel my emotions.

Pt 2.

I enjoyed art and creative mediums in multitudes of forms, expanding my knowledge of human expression.

My writing had impact on communities that mean so much to me.

I learned more about what my personal boundaries are, but more importantly I learned how to respect and enforce them.

Pt 1.

As we near the end of the year, I can't help but reflect on the craziness this was... But I'm also looking at the positives I achieved this year.

I proved to myself my own ingenuity by working on my hobbies and crafts and creating mechanical costume pieces
