Freue mich sehr über die Veröffentlichung einiger kurzer Gedanken zur angestrebten Steigerung der Breitenwirkung völkerstrafrechtlicher Prozesse im Gesetzesentwurf zur “Fortentwicklung des Völkerstrafrechts”. Ich habe meine Zweifel, ob der Entwurf hält, was er verspricht.

A few days ago my research stay at the UofT's Centre for Criminology & Sociolegal Studies (@CrimSL_TO) as a Visiting Junior Fellow came to an end. It was an amazing time at the Centre and I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to also share and discuss parts of my work.
