We never got to the audio piece but
LKLU translates to EDEN in Caesar Cipher (9), as well as the capitalized letters in the description.
The 4164616D is ASCII hexadecimal for ADAM.

We got it! By reversing the text and then applying Vigenere cipher with the key "purple," this says

Sorry for the delay! Using tap code and assuming that the 1-3 pattern is a K and not a C, vigenering the word "crash" with the key "reboot", the resulting cipher is the key to the vigenere code for "star crossed a tragic goodbye" from Starcatte's "Other Side!"
