Small presses can be wonderful or a nightmare, and unfortunately you have to vet them yourself. There's no list out there, like there is for agents, of legit ones.

Is this news? Bc I remember her in Death Becomes Her and am not even the slightest iota surprised
People talking about Isabella Rossellini coming out as bi in her 70s, but I DEFINITELY read something as a teenager where she was talking about Monroe's outfits in Some Like it Hot and wanting to undress her with her teeth. I was in the Lucan public library, it was not a dream.

I took the Praxis for my profession over a decade ago. To get certified in another country, I would have to take a similar exam - to prep, I took the Praxis again today, to make sure there weren't holes in how I've been teaching and practicing.
Passed with an even better score than my first time!

My cat D'artagnan has kitty dementia. I had to set his "Goodbye Appointment" today. It's 2 weeks away, and still, it's too soon.
I've had him for over 16 years, and while he was the runt of his litter, I can't believe he outlived his two (non biological) fur brothers. It's so sad, but time. :(

I've always felt Suzanne Collins must've been forced to remove a lot of backstory in THG, which is why we didn't get the full picture of Panem.
Reading BOSAS, I feel validated in this view, simply because the infodumping is...prevalent. As a guaranteed seller, it was allowed to be exposition-heavy.
