I forgot about bluesky.
My mom quit cigarettes about 20 years ago and her lungs pretty much recovered from what it was doing. She does smoke weed sometimes but that doesn't do anything bad to her. Point is quit smoking now and you might eventually get normal lungs again.

Men aged 18 to 34 have the highest suicide rate and it has been growing worse in recent years. Some blame the pandemic and the economy but there must be more to it than that because this has been an issue for a much longer time.
