Carney negotiating a pipeline which will go through BC w/ only Alberta is troubling. Is BC just expected to just accept Alberta's plan? Seems like how Trump's America operates not how Canada operates. Not surprising from Trump fan girl Smith but not what I expected from Carney. Very disappointing.
