Over time it drowned it. The cats disappeared in sacks under the political posts. The fun got replaced by performative outrage. I drifted to Reddit, like a lot of people did, and only checked back occasionally… mostly to confirm what I already knew...

Just finished Mission: Impossible 8. Tom Cruise versus the Armageddon! Non-stop intensity, full-throttle action, and wow… the crowd actually applauded the film in a British cinema. That’s how you know it delivered. Bravo, indeed.

Just watched Guy Ritchie’s Fountain of Youth. Cracking cast, fun ride, utterly disposable in the best way. Not every film needs to change your life—some just need to make your night. Two thumbs up 👍👍
