UEFAs rule and implementation are brilliantly created and worked wonderfully. If the goal is to enable flexibility or rigidity when it suits the organisation.
I believe they were created for exactly this. And #cpfc weren't smart enough.

I got to box office queue at 1:45. I got ticket at 2:20
Went to turnstiles and both tickets blocked and sent back to ticket office. Got in at 3:10.
