74% of consumers only trust reviews from the last 3 months according to @brightlocal’s 2026 Local Consumer Review. If you do local SEO, that number should change how you’re analyzing review data.

I built a free Chrome extension for this and just shipped v3. Here’s what’s new

Microsoft detected AI memory poisoning subtly used for brand promotion.

Prompt injection is not a matter of black vs white SEO.

Instructing LLMs to “remember” a company can introduce serious cybersecurity and open to geopolitical cases when dramatically scaled.

AI can be a silent scope creep. If we don't manage our learning hours, delivery may suffer. How I control it:

-Schedule it
-Audit effectiveness
-Human-in-the-loop rule
-Protect the critical path: Is this improving delivery or anything?

How are you managing AI learning?

While the 2 MB Google crawl limit is enough, SEOs & PMs need to pay attention at individual URLs weight.

Heavy pages affect site performance, visibility & revenue, as @not-a-robot.com and @barkseo.bsky.social note in the 2025 Almanac:

New Data Shows Googlebot's 2 MB Crawl Limit Is Enough
New data shows most web pages fall below Googlebot's 2 megabytes crawl limit, definitively proving that this is not something to worry about.

Poor planning is one of the fastest way to lose visibility, traffic and revenue, especially in global projects.

Managing your projects well turns strategy into delivery with real impact. Tried and tested.

Clawdbot, Personal Intelligence and similar tech are exciting. But tech alone isn’t enough.

People build and use these platforms, and value more than just code.

Market research and shaping ideas through strong project management are what turn innovation into real impact.

We focus heavily on the technical side, but tech alone isn’t enough.

People build the systems. People use them.

That’s why non-technical disciplines can’t be an afterthought.
