I haven't answered this before --- honestly, I feel like I still have a lot to learn with anatomy. I'd really like to sit down and study back and general midriff anatomy more so I understand the muscle groups better, but I've just never gotten around to it.

I have a temporary med that is kind of sort of working for my anxiety but it isnt helping with my sleep so I keep only sleeping about 3 hours a day... 😵💫

Update for all the real MVPs out there - I am still pretty shaky mentally but actively putting in a hell of a lot of work to get better. I have so many amazing points of support in my life, and now I am starting some medication and some therapy that I hope will put me on an even better trajectory.
