I understand bailing out farmers who suffered some sort of natural disaster or blight to their crops from a parasite, disease, etc.

Our country is broken is so many ways. Years ago a computer geek friend told me the internet was going to bring net harm to the country at some point. Was he right? I don't know. I do know that many of our young people are living their lives online.
