Work in progress balloonie dergodal squish physics. I tried a hybrid approach this time, combining the bone the model comes with and blendshapes!

At this point I've basically moved completely to Linux, I just need windows for one thing only.
I'm quite happy about it, I was quite scared to at first, but I am happy I made the jump!

VR on linux with full body tracking, face tracking, and not even using SteamVR! It took a bit but it just works! (Mostly)

Been daily driving linux for the past 4 days, it's been pretty interesting.
I got VR set up with full body tracking, and face tracking using Envision and some other things. It was a lot easier than expected.
It surprises me that VR even works on Linux at all to this extent.

I'm in the process of trying to get acclimated with Linux in a VM and I discovered KDE's wobbly windows.
I learned rapidly that it was a mistake for me to discover wobbly windows. If you know, you know.

I honestly feel like I'm different than a lot of people in the social VR space, probably why resonite appeals so much to me, and why I'm not in VRC as much.
It feels like VR has become my... canvas in a way.

So i'm thinking of releasing my balloonie novabeast modification soon, I fixed a bunch of things with it, but it's using an old version of the novabeast. I'm probably going to try to update it to the new version of the novabeast though, and add some more bones.

I've been testing this for the last 3 or 4 weeks and it really is a major improvement.
It's an awesome performance update, It runs so much better than what it used to be.
Way less freezes, lots more frames, able to have lots of people in a session, yeah this is what I was excited for.

So, I've realized, and I'm making it official.
I'm non binary, feminine leaning, but non binary.
I dont think this surprises anyone, lol.
Pronouns don't matter to me all that much, but I feel so much better not being in the binary gender role. It feels more correct.

So, I made a little update to the public balloonie novabeast edit.
Finally updated it with the FBT spine fix, hand gestures and an experimental leg fix! I may still tweak the leg fix though.
I also added hue shifting to the android version and added a additive matcap.
