Model Farm, owned by husband & wife team of Joanna Wells & Sean Castorani has long been known for their beautiful chardonnay & syrah. But, this new release of their 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon may well be the best young cabernet I have tasted in a couple of decades. Only 13% alcohol & utterly classic!
