Not sure how I feel about Office getting the blue stream and Azure the yellow one. Feels a bit off, no?

I don't think NuGet Trends has been working for the past couple of weeks. It hasn’t been updating the download counts for packages, even though @nuget.org shows the correct numbers.

Creating a Teams bot is a mess right now. So many confusing options, confusing description and terminology. The docs are very confusing!
I don't remember the last time I was so confused trying a new technology/library (except terrible MSFT-internal libraries).

Still waiting for the day enterprises ditch Word.
I write everything in Markdown, but for formal docs I’m dragged back to that clunky, mouse-dependent UX nightmare with buried features.
And don't get me started on Excel and PowerPoint.

Shouldn't we just call them "MCs" instead of "MCPs"? The "P" already stands for "protocol."
Like, you'd say "I'm using the Discord MC," not "I'm using the Discord MCP", just like we say "Python LS," not "Python LSP."

My non-technical wife @haneenshibli.bsky.social said she wanted "Linux."
For a brief, beautiful second, I thought she meant the OS.
Then I saw her pointing at this (Lenox)

Sometimes you have to try other environments/stacks to appreciate what you have.
I had the "pleasure" of using "Anaconda" yesterday, a distribution platform for Python and R. What a horrible experience. Not sure if only for Windows, but just Horrible.
Reminded me how awesome .NET and Nuget are :)

This .NET tool "dotnet-exec" is awesome!
It runs .cs files without a .csproj, making it perfect for organizing demos; each in its own file.
Super handy for courses and public speaking, allowing workflows similar to LinqPad's!
Works great with Dumpify and Neovim

Had to install Chrome today to be able to use a US Gov website. Are we in 2010?
Firefox and even Edge (Chromium based) didn't work properly.

On December 4th I'm dropping a new video for the "Festive Tech Calendar 2024" diving into my #dotnet & #csharp workflow using #Neovim, CLI tools, and a Tiling Manager, and how it lead me to create the `dotnet.nvim` extension and the `Dumpify` nuget package

Reminiscing with friends about the good old days when #dotnet had a fertile and thriving ecosystem of DI Containers.
I still miss AutoFac and some of the abilities it provides.
It is great that .NET's DI abstraction introduced DI as a standard, a huge improvement, but we lost something in return

Just noticed that my little #dotnet library #Dumpify just passed the 1K stars at Github and has over 177K downloads on Nuget. It had only 50K in April this year.
I'm happy the community likes it. I basically created it for my needs, didn't think others will use it
