Yesterday, Lakshani Gunawardhana (PhD candidate) presented progress on her model for evaluating water use from lithium extraction from geothermal brine facilities at ISSST. The model aims to be user-friendly to promote transparency in process impact for stakeholders.

Applications are now open for graduate student travel awards to attend the IUVA World Congress. The awards will cover conference registration and provide $3,000 for travel to the event. Deadline: June 18, 2025 at 5 pm GMT
