One thing I will always remember was my Auntie Josie on the NYE of 1999. When it crossed over to midnight and nothing bad happened she went out into the streets and banged the cooking pots to celebrate that we survived. She died this year in March. Life’s rough.

Just scrolling through marketplace to see if there is some furniture pieces that I have been looking for. And I’m reminded why I have stopped using marketplace. $400 for chairs that need to be reupholstered 🙃 make it make sense.

I also made roasted bell pepper soup, and am finishing the roasted tomato & basil soup now. So much prep. But I will be so happy, that I have all kinds of easy to warm up food when work is crazy next week.
