If Trump culture existed in the 1970s, would Spiro Agnew have been investigated by the Nixon appointed U.S. Atty. in Maryland? Will U.S. Attys. (and career staff) in the future be fearful of opening a case against a person well-connected to the President? Big trouble ahead for the rule of law.
