She is saying "My Power-up Pumpernickel needs a refund!". In Panel 2, the werewolf rejects this notion and does a flying shoulder bash towards the woman. The werewolf is covered in the same type of flames as seen in the Sega Genesis version of Altered Beast. The counter is knocked over, the bread has fallen to the ground, and the woman is cowering in fear. Above them is the Altered Beast logo redrawn so that it says "Altered Yeast".

The Poison Gas Pokemon, Weezing, modified from its normal form. A Weezing is normally made up of two Koffing Pokemon merged together, with the larger Koffing growing larger teeth. This Mega Weezing is four Koffings fused together, where an even larger Koffing is attached with a larger mouth, huge teeth, drooping tongue, and zombie like eyes with no pupils. And there is tiny baby Koffing attached too, with just two front teeth and a sassy smile.

This is one of the very few times this year I wasn't able to get to my tablet in time for my midnight deadline. I was stuck at a car dealership trying to do finance stuff. So I asked to borrow a pen and paper and drew it. I think it helped us get a better deal!
