The US Marshalls are the LEOs who enforce judicial orders. They don’t report to the judges for whom they work. They are DOJ. And DOJ is unlikely to let them enforce orders to stop the current POTUS et. al. So don't expect to see any of these people in jail for Contempt of Court while this plays out.

The US Department of Education sent out a press release this weekend saying the whole book ban thing is myth. This as DOJ had to shut down civil rights investigations including those about book bans.
