Watching Honey Lemon Soda made me realize I'm too old for shoujo, the girl falling in love with the male lead so fast made me cringe so bad, maybe if I watched this as a teenager I'd be giggling and kicking my feet, but now it's just cringe for me.

I really hate miscommunication tropes and I hate it the most when they drag the misunderstanding longer by not talking about it, so maybe that's why I love ships like Twiyor and Momokarun because they communicate and clear things up right away.

I'm chapter 116 of Dandadan, Kinta is strong and all but he's really giving me the creeps. He's so cool when he's fighting but aside from that he's really annoying, and his a perv too, i saw some ppl blaming momo and okarun for that but they clearly told him to stop it

istg anitiktok doesn't do fact check first before they hate on something bc why did I just see someone hating on AyaHina ship claiming it as a "proship" bc they said hinami was child when ayato was a teen,but in reality they only have 1 year age gap. During s1 Hinami was 14 while Ayato was 15

I really love romance anime like blue box, the main focus is still the romance between the main characters but their whole character doesn't revolve around that said romance

I always lie to my mom regarding the prices of the merches I bought. I always said it's cheap but then she'd say stuff like "let's display those in the living room then" where my nephews would probably break them so I always ended up telling her the truth that those are expensive

Having most of my previous ships not ending up together 99% of the time probably helped me not to expect too much that my current ships will be canon, especially in a shonen manga. As a shipper of course I'd like to see my ship become canon but if not it's totally okay too.

I realized that my interest in something lasts longer when I enjoy it on my own or with a few close friends instead of participating in fandoms. Yeah it gets lonely especially when you want to talk to someone about it but it's peaceful. There's no one to ruin the fun for me aside from myself

I remember now why I stopped reading the yakuza fiance manga, it's really not for me, the ml really irks me, i know he has a reason (excuse) why he's sleeping around and all but it really makes me uncomfortable

I watched the anime movie Look Back earlier, and tbh I didn't expect the movie to be just 58 mins long, i thought it'd be longer than that, but it was such a really good short movie with a heavy message for the ppl who does any creative work

Isn't the editor for Spy x Family and Dandadan the same? I heard that the editor of Dandadan forced Tatsu to read 100 different shojo manga bc they don't want the manga to be just a generic battle shonen, idk if it's true but I remember that Endo was also advised to read comedy / light hearted manga
