If you’re looking for alternatives for artists, I’d say keep pixelfed, mastodon, and countersocial in mind, but I don’t know much about how ai is used on those sites so be wary

To correct my last post, apparently this isn’t what the tos says and scraper bots are more of a threat (which is true they are annoying). However, many social media sites still use posts to train ai due to the lack of restrictions on commercial ai use and it’s something we should still be aware of.

I really do not want Bluesky taking our photos and using them for AI.
You can already see a LARGE majority do not like AI so please don't go this route.
I wanna be able to share my photography and it not be stolen from AI.
