So, uh, I'm sure many of my follows and mutuals dont know this, but I've been on fem hormones for nearly half a year at this point.

I got through to someone! The rep started out dismissing the "allegations" as untrue, but then I mentioned how it was affecting people I knew personally and concerns about what was happening to a journalist I follow and the tone turned sympathetic. They filed a formal complaint on my behalf :)
