Quite old but still very relevant about conceptualising the future. Are we actually engaging with an open future or just projecting the present upon something that is unknowable?

Despite huge budget cuts in higher education, Dutch government still has some millions left for biotech
Cool initiatives. But, with 'only' 17M euros, we're not going to save the Dutch innovation position we're so proud of
