I'm reaching out because I don't know what else to do.
My job changed the insurance plans that they offer us this year, and due to it probably being the cheap option, with a high deductible...the medication that I need to keep my UC in check is costing me an arm and a leg.

Ive been taking care of my body by working out and avoiding junk foods/oily foods and i think its time to try those protein shake, im still looking into it if i should take 300g a month or daily π€
