Silver mine. People worked here for 12 hours on their knees in freezing water containing lead. It was hell. Even in the tunnels, I had to walk bent over double, and I'm short.

There are days like that, when the call is too strong. Today, I had to go to a place I didn't know, look for trails in the forest, get lost, spend more time looking for markings than cycling. But that's how it is, I live on instinct, when my life allows me to.
