Mum to a strong-willed teenager who keeps me on my toes | EAL teacher, GCC | Proud Dsylexic | Supporting migrant and refugee families | Lover of books, big ideas, and the occasional quiet moment (rare, but cherished!)
Love using @bookcreator.com to make pages for their floor book as evidence! 📖✨ Children helped add their work, videos & share their opinions – so valuable to have voices being captured in this way. 🖍️💬 #EarlyYears #PupilVoice @ealglasgow.bsky.social

We’ve been lied to our whole lives. The maps we grew up with shrink Africa down, making it look so much smaller than it really is.

The truth: Africa is massive. You can fit the United States, China, India, Japan, and most of Europe inside it—and still have room left over.

Started my new role with training on digital discourse from @tie.scot and being neuro-affirmative with @glasgoweps.bsky.social. On Thurs children were back — I played in the sand, with playdoh, joined Bookbug, and began getting to know pupils and staff. A joyful start! Looking forward to next week💫
