I’m disgusted at the US’s embrace of Russia and disloyalty to Ukraine, but Europe stepping up to fill the void will hopefully have some positive effects…for non-Americans, anyway.
It’s horrifying that it’s come to this, but as someone with a deep affinity for Europe I feel moved seeing that continent come together to try to save itself in the absence of any meaningful aid from the totalitarian regime that’s in the midst of taking over the United States through an illegal coup

Last night, a thermobaric ammunition depot of the Russian Armed Forces was destroyed near Selydove, as reported by the General Staff. Three significant targets were struck, including the Ilsk Oil Refinery.

This morning at Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HQ in DC as mandatory return to office began, this video played on loop for ~5 mins on screens throughout the building, per agency source.
Building staff couldn’t figure out how to turn it off so sent people to every floor to unplug TVs.

I worked in aviation with the Air Force for almost 20 years, and I won’t get on a plane now. It’s probably safe, but not probably enough.
When FAA employees are telling us it’s not safe to fly, we should probably listen.
