Update. Now 51. Twitter is now impossible to work with. Back here. For good.
So...single again since May 4th. Wasn't meant to be. Largely down to someone else's insecurity. I won't die. Good news is gym is going well after 2 months back. Smith Machine Bench Press record is now 56kg.

So as 2024 draws to a close...thank feck.
Last year was bloody awful and this year kind of had some kind of paralysis from April. With a bit of luck, some testicular fortitude and the right support, hopefully 2025 can get us pointed in a somewhat better direction.

Today I struggled but succeeded to walk 0.5 miles. My foot let me down twice. Basically it's fucked but the only solution being mentioned does not bear thinking about. I may fall down but you can bet your arse I WILL NOT stay down.
