My husband and I are both horror artists, and we've collected quite a bit of art over the years from shows we have done and friends we have met along the way. Our house tells our history and I thought it would be cool to share.

I love making dioramas that you can also wear! This is my Pennywise corset which is an homage to the gutter scene from "It". I applied a stone finish to the corset fabric and featured Pennywise on the modesty panel. So fun to make! #darkart #horror #pennywise

So I used 2 pkgs of Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix but took out 1 TB of oil and added 3 TB of PB & Co white chocolate peanut butter and I'm so glad I did! I'm so excited to share these with friends!

Our House is Our History: Our friend Matt has an infectious enthusiasm & an amazing son whom I got to know during the pandemic. I was so happy to receive these gifts from them & we love having their art in our home. They even illustrated the gift wrap! ❤️

Our House is Our History: I spotted this lamp in an ad for a show we did in Pittsburgh. I fell in love with it and bought it from the artist before the show even began. She was a bit surprised as she was unsure if people would like her work. She sold out at that show, rightfully so. #darkart

Our House is Our History: We did a horror show in a small town near Buffalo, NY when I came across this amazing Hornbill skull circle lamp. Turned out the artist was a big fan of my husband's work so with his blessing I negotiated an art trade. I love how it looks like a xenomorph!

Our House is Our History: A couple of years ago our dear, talented friend @magnusapollo.bsky.social made this giant Bigfoot for my birthday. He snuck to our house in the wee hours and set it up so I would see it peering thru the window when I woke up. Best bday ever! He kinda rocks.

Our House is Our History: Another piece from Mythological Taxidermy- Nightmare Before Christmas jack-o'-lantern sculpture. In my twenties my housemate and I decorated our apartment in a Nightmare Before Christmas theme, this piece reminds me of the fun we had doing that.
